Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders for medical devices and equipment purchased through Dune Medical Devices Inc. are typically processed within 3–10 business days after confirmation of payment and validation of order details. Processing includes order review, compliance checks, and shipment preparation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders from our Mississippi location and deliver to customers throughout the United States.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground. Typical transit time is 3–10 business days once the order ships.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for eligible items. Transit times vary by carrier and service level.
Shipping time estimates do not include order processing time.

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
You may use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery status.
5. Shipping Address Requirements
Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes for certain carriers and high-value devices. Please ensure the address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Dune Medical Devices Inc. is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Damage or Loss
Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately:
- If the package appears damaged or if the contents are missing or incorrect, report the issue to the shipping carrier and to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve transit damage claims and assist where possible.
7. Special Handling Requirements
Certain medical devices, due to size, sensitivity, or value, may require special handling or additional documentation. If special handling is required (such as lift-gate delivery or appointment delivery), additional charges may apply, and you will be notified at the time of order or prior to shipment.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact Customer Service immediately if you need to make changes; we will do our best to accommodate your request prior to shipment.
